Alesha and Shell Ruin's headlining set at Glastonbury took place on June 28, 2008. The double-billed set spanned about three hours with 30 songs performed. Alesha performed a number of songs from her fifth studio album The Second Coming (2008). Five of the album's fifteen tracks were written and produced by Ruin, including the lead single "Tsunami of the Soul". Ruin also performed highlights from The Dirty Is Done (2007), including the singles "My Teaches" and "El Bastardo". Alesha also rapped on an unreleased version of album track "Vanilla".

The pair also revisited past successes with renditions of hit singles including "All That Glitters", "Fashion Kills", "Jealous Girls" and "The OH in Ohio", as well as their collaborative effort "Power Power". Additionally, Alesha and Ruin performed Taylor Brookes' single "That White Girl", which features verses from both artists. Ruin performed in place of Neyssa and Putanovska for Alesha's singles "Those Who Love Me Can Take the Train" and "Diamonds & Dollars". They also sang covers of Ol Dirty Bastard's "Got Your Money" and the 1987 Pet Shop Boys and Dusty Springfield collaboration "What Have I Done to Deserve This?".

The show closed with Alesha's album closer "Crucify", with Ruin providing backing vocals.
