Spells (stylized as SPELLS) is an English duo consisting of record producer and DJ Calvin Andrews (better known as TWISTED DISCO] and Brett Carter. The duo formed in 2012 and released their debut single "Hauswerq" in April of that year, where it reached #1 on the singles chart. The duo then released their self-titled debut album, along with their second single "C4 G4", a critically acclaimed track featuring Aurora Reed; both hit #1 on their respective charts and their debut album has been certified Platinum.

Brett Carter has been considered to be the "eye candy" of the group (though people also find Calvin Andrews attractive as well) and is noted for his good looks. In June 2012, Carter ranked at #30 on Nicholas X's Top 40 Romeos, which counted down forty of the men in the music industry (their rank were determined by voters) that Nicholas X was rather fond of.

The duo caused some minor controversy with their feud with urban singer Aurora Reed which took place during their promotion of their second single "C4 G4".
