"A Love to Remember" is a song by American recording artist Elice Claire from her debut album Strictly Confidential. It was originally meant to be released in the UK as the follow up to "Broken Bridge" after "102 Degrees" was cancelled. The UK release was eventually scrapped, and instead the song was released world wide as a digital single, and served to US radios as a promotional single.

Release information[edit | edit source]

With the disappointment of how "102 Degrees" had done in the Billboard Hot 100 after some promotion, Elice Claire's American label Sony BMG decided to release "A Love to Remember" as an airplay single only before moving on to another full single. The song was sent to mainstream radios all over America. Due to lack of promotion, the song did not fare well in US radios. The song entered the Billboard Bubbling Under at number 28. Two weeks later it cracked the Billboard Hot 100, entering and staying for 1 week at #97.
The song was scheduled to be another airplay only single in the UK, but Elice decided to scrap all UK releases due to lack of promotional time. Instead Elice remained in the United States promoting the record she had released.
Due to the low chart performance, a music video was not made for this single.
