"Alive" is a song written by Moodring. It was released as their debut single on 30th March 2009 and peaked at #25 with sales of 21,762. It was the only single released with former member Mia Rose and the only track so far to have leaked with her vocals. The song was slated as a promotional release to assess the public's reaction to the band and originally had no music video. The theme of the song is appreciating and enjoying life.
New Version[edit | edit source]
The song gained a second release under the title Alive (L'mondrea Mix) and featured both vocals from new member L'mondrea Brown as well as extra production. The song was available on both the single for A Dangerous Liaison and as a bonus track to Mood Swings.
It was announced that Alive will be released for the Japanese market as their second Japanese single, it is the L'mondrea Mix, but will be promoted simply as "Alive". "Alive" will be released on November 3rd.
Music Video[edit | edit source]
A video was finally shot in May 2010 which is available in special editions of Mood Swings. It was shot to the new version and featured L'mondrea. The video had no storyline but showed footage of the girls with friends, family and alone, as well as some black and white shots.
