Background[edit | edit source]

In early 2008, Indigo Peak shopped copies of their self funded Mix Tape to major record labels. Wired Records were the first label to respond, offering the duo a one single deal. 'Beat Junkie', was selected from Mix Tape for release in a remixed and remastered form. Upon its number four debut, Wired bosses extended their offer to a three album deal.
