(2011)

The disco rehab: future dirty disco sound is the 2011 concert tour by singer 4tune to promote her sixth studio album Future Dirty Disco Sound. Serving as 4tune's fourth stadium tour in around half a decade, the tour spanned two legs in the UK and Vegas, with a grand total of 84 shows, 6 in the UK and 78 in Vegas.

Background[edit | edit source]

The tour was announced February 13, 2011. It was reported that each individual show would cost around £2 million. Thetour recieved large interest for several reasons, such as the fact it was 4tune's first tour in over half a decade and that the tour will begin before the album Future Dirty Disco Sound is released on April 18, meaning several of the album's tracks will be premiered during the tour.

Summary[edit | edit source]

The tour begins on April 10 for the UK leg, and visits several key cities such as London, Glasgow, Manchester, Belfast, Cardiff and Newcastle. From May 01, the tour then begins in Vegas for 3 months, with 6 shows a week. Besides 4tune's one-off performance as headliner for Radio 1's One Big Weekend, this tour is notable as being her only UK live performances for 2011.
