Diplaced is the debut single by indie-pop singer Olivia Rush. It was released as the lead single from her debut album 'Night Crawl'.
Background[edit | edit source]
'Displaced' is a down-tempo track which begins with sparse production, gradually becoming more electronic as it progresses. It was one of the new, previously unheard tracks that Rush wrote for inclusion on 'Night Crawl'.
Music Video[edit | edit source]
An accompanying music video directed by Daniel Tjongari was released on March 1st 2021. The black and white video features the singer wandering a ghostly, desolate lake. It was filmed over a two day period with minimal crew members due to the COVID-19 pandemic and was shot on location in and around Surreys Hindhead Commons in mid February 2021.
