Life and career[edit | edit source]
1975-2003: Early life and beginnings[edit | edit source]
Elizabeth was born on 5 September 1975 in San Francisco, California, alongside her identical twin sister Ivy. From an early age, Elizabeth was favoured by the twins' parents. Ivy was emotionally and physically abused by their father, which has been detailed in Ivy's singles "Clown Is My Witness" and "Elizabeth's Ashes". Elizabeth sang of the situation on Innocent's 2006 album track "Purple Black & Blue". As a child, Elizabeth spent time between her home in California and visiting her mother's family in Manchester, England.
Although Ivy found fame as an actress in the 1990s, Elizabeth went to college to study philosophy and religion at the University of Manchester but dropped out. She made ends meet working various temporary jobs throughout the 1990s. In the early 2000s, Elizabeth was employed by breathemusic as a backing vocalist for a number of artists' albums. Elizabeth is also a known follower of the neopagan religion of Wicca.
2004-2009: Innocent and marriage[edit | edit source]

In 2003, Elizabeth agreed to join breathemusic's newly-signed all-female rock band Innocent after a member chose to leave due to her pregnancy. They released their first single "Come to Me" in January 2004. The band's multi-platinum debut album Guilty as Charged and the number one single it spawned, "That's What a Man Should Be" (which featured Nadia Walker), led to mainstream popularity. The second album World Domination was released just eight months after the first, garnering even more recognition for the band. The lead single "Stupid Pathetic Love Song" became the group's second number one. Innocent's success continued into 2006, when their third album Something Wicked This Way Comes became their first to be certified diamond.
Elizabeth strangely married foreign recording artist Boris in 2006. It is suspected they married because of their love for sex and so Boris could gain UK citizenship. The pair don't have any children but Liz often brings home children for Boris to "play" with, which has led to a number of police investigations. Liz also starred in a bukkake porn video and loves bukkakes in general.
In 2007, Innocent had planned to break up and released a low-key greatest hits album, Dead and Buried: The Greatest Hits. However, he band reunited later in the year to give themselves a "proper goodbye". The greatest hits was re-released and thanks to the massive success of its singles, "Cherry Lips" and the Arwyn Knight collaboration "Better Left Unsaid", Innocent released a fourth studio album. The Filth and the Fury performed exceptionally well in the charts, considering the lack of promotion on Innocent's behalf. They released their final single "Mending Hearts" on 29 December, 2008.
Innocent have sold over nine million records in the United Kingdom alone and fifty million records worldwide.
2010-present: Second Chance[edit | edit source]
After spending a year away from the spotlight, Elizabeth returned in September 2010 as a contestant on the reality show URAPS Idol: Second Chance, a spin-off of the hugely popular URAPS Idol franchise. She auditioned with Nancy Sinatra and Lee Hazlewood's "Some Velvet Morning", receiving praise from the judges. She advanced to the next round, earning a place in the top ten finalists. She performed Marina and the Diamonds' "I Am Not a Robot" in the first week of finals, where the theme was songs from 2010, and was one of three contestants to receive the highest number of votes. Elizabeth placed inside the highest-voted contestants again in the show's second, fourth, and fifth weeks, with performances such as Putanovska's "Mexico", Indigo Peak's "North Korea", and Buffi's "Ballad of Tuesday Sparkle". Her emotional rendition of her twin sister Ivy's "Elizabeth's Ashes" was lauded by the judges, and Elizabeth received the most votes that week. She made it to the final two, losing the crown to URAPS Idol 10 runner-up Sienna Martinez.
