"Hard To Find" is a song by Canadian R&B singer Jackson Bradshaw. The song was released as Bradshaw's third ever single in June 2011 and was hoped to be the lead single of his newly re-recorded debut album which was titled Keep Me Talking (its previous working title was Come Closer). After taking a brief hiatus from the music industry and upon Bradshaw's return in 2011, "Hard To Find" was marketed as his comeback single. The song was also marketed as the "club banger of the summer season". Infamously, the single suffered from poor promotion which in itself was the cause of Bradshaw's deteriorating relationship with his manager and his struggling romantic relationship with Ruby and The Gems' singer Ruby Stephingham. Promotion for the single ended early after Bradshaw was shot by his manager in his left leg.
"Hard To Find" became Bradshaw's first and, to date, only single to miss the top ten and peaked at #12 on the UK Singles Chart, so far becoming his lowest charting single. Also his lowest selling single to date, it only stayed on the UK charts for three or four weeks. The single also failed to chart in Ireland or on the Billboard Hot 100 though it did chart at #100 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. It also charted at #100 in his native country of Canada.
After the underperformance of the single and once Bradshaw recovered from his gunshot wound, Bradshaw decided to re-record his debut album once more and in 2012 announced that "Hard To Find" would not be on the final cut of his once again newly re-recorded album.
No video for the single was planned or shot.
