(2013)

Prisoner Of Sound is the deluxe re-release of the second solo studio album by British dance-pop singer Darren Clarke, Released via Soundshock on 8th July 2013. It was released following a four month "retirement" which saw Darren disappear from the spotlight to spend time with his lover, Alistair. After initially abandoning the album, Darren felt sad and guilty for abandoning the album after one single, Fighting To Breathe which although failed to achieve the same success as previous singles in terms of chart peak and sales, it managed to obtain longevity by remaining in the top 40 after almost 5 months.
