The Agony and the Ecstasy is a greatest hits album by British singer-songwriter Shell Ruin. Released on 13 December, 2009 by Ensemble Entertainment. The album was preceded by the number one single "Delusions of Grandeur", a collaboration with Alesha. In addition to its lead single, the album included three new songs, "She Devil", "Starved" and "World Without End". "She Devil" was announced as the second single from the album with artwork before Ruin staged her own death.
