The Big Reunion is a British reality-documentary series that aired on ITV from ??? 2013 until ??? 2013. The show follows eight chart-topping acts that have reformed for the show. Amy Marshall, Chase Elite, It's Not Over Until The Fat Lady Sings, Riley Brendan, Romo, Sleazy Sisters, Stacy Hart and Ximena were big names in the UK pop music scene between early 2000s to 2011, and the programme follows the acts as they reunite and go through their two weeks of intensive rehearsals before finally stepping back on stage for a comeback performance.

Conception[edit | edit source]
On 01 April 2013, ITV released a statement, revealing "Eight of the biggest stars in URAPS history have agreed to take part in this documentary and, much like the original show, will follow the acts as they prepare for a one-off concert at the end of the series." The following day, Stacy Hart was revealed as the first act to be taking part. From then on, one act was revealed every day, in the order of: Sleazy Sisters, Ximena, Amy Marshall, It's Not Over Until The Fat Lady Sings, Romo, Chase Elite and finally Riley Brendan.
Personnel[edit | edit source]
Angela Jain, ITV's Director of Digital Channels, and Katy Thorogood, ITV's factual and daytime commissioner, ordered One More Time. ITV Studios' Kevin Lane acts as series producer, while creative director Michael Kelpie and Phil Mount act as executive producers. Kelpie said: "To reunite these acts, tell the stories of what has happened to them since their heydays and follow them as they prepare to step back on the stage for the first time is a dream come true." Jain added, "We are thrilled to bring the stories of these pop groups up to date...A lot has happened in the time these bands have been apart - marriages, divorces and changes in careers - and who knows quite what will happen when they reunite!"
The show was originally named "URAPS One Last Time" in March 2013, however many felt that meant it would be the acts 'last' ever performance, and no comeback would follow, leading to the shows name change.
