Music Video[edit | edit source]

Inspired by various Cirque du Soleil shows, the music video follows two dancers as they fall into a fantastical acrobatic world full of mystery and exciting discoveries. The video starts with the female lead entering a carnival In her hands she holds a poster given to her by her boyfriend, who works at the circus as a helper and also an aerialist. They both meet quickly before the guy is asked to get moving to do his show. She is entranced by the Aerialist, but during his act he misses a catch and falls to the ground. She rushes to help him, but then the ground beneath them gives way and they fall through into the dreamlike world. In the dreamlike world, the girl chases after her boyfriend who is inside one of 3 different circus world within this dreamlike world (think of a dream within a dream). She enters one of the circus worlds and finally meets up with her boyfriend. They both perform some acrobatic show and interact with other characters performing the show. At last, after travelling through the different worlds, at the last circus world they are seen elevating into space. The girl finally wakes up at the carnival. Her boyfriend's show is over and she's the only one sitting in the tend. Her boyfriend walks up to her and takes her hand and they exit the tend. As they are walking out of the circus together, Elice is seen walking past them as she makes her way into the carnival. The camera goes up and shows the sky, as many shooting stars pass by.
