Background and composition[edit | edit source]

O'Neill and Beastette were chosen by the Tango Challenge committee to participate with each other in the 2014 competition. For the competition, the duo decided to call themselves "#Neillstette". "Dark of the Moon" has been described as a "sophisticated piano-led power" ballad.

The song was written by O'Neill and Beastette and produced by James Moss & Kleo.

Promotion and release[edit | edit source]
