Childhood and Acting Career[edit | edit source]

Seeking a new challenge, in 1999 Wolf turned to Music

Wolf teamed up with friends Chicken Licken, Cunty Cat, Faulkes Fox, Owly Owlette, Spazzy Crow and Tiger Tiger to form Animal Ark, a pop-rock outfit. They enjoyed moderate success in Europe and Africa before deciding to call it a day after one album. They all remained friends, however. Wolf turned to behind the scenes work, producing and writing for others.

Wolf Wolfe and the Women Who Loved Him[edit | edit source]

In 2010, Wolf unsuccessfully auditioned for URAPS IDOL 11, however Dakota Rain saw her long time friend was attempting to break the music industry again and offered for him to appear on her new single Skin, which he obliged. It made #10 in the charts. Wolf then announced on June 23rd 2010 that he would be releasing new music. His debut single was Americana Boy, which features the vocals of Tentrita. The song was originally a country ballad, but Tentrita rewrote and remixed it a little. Wolf is not happy with the final version but was quoted on saying "If that's what the lady wants, that's what the lady gets". The song was released On September 6th and made #13 in the charts. The second single was Last Night I Dreamt That Somebody Loved Me, a cover of The Smiths. This is his first solo outing and was released on October 18th, charting at 20. A week later Wolf released Storm the Castle as part of S.A.S.A.S.S, this also charted at 20 and cemented his friendship with sisters Putanovska and Bichastasia. The third single from the album The Same Man I Always Was featured Kate Lawler. It was released on November 29 2010 and charted at 15. The album: Wolf Wolfe and the Women Who Loved Him was released the same day, charting at 16. The fourth single was a flop. As Long As I Got You which featured Edna Albaquerque only charted at 29 after being released on January 24 2011. Wolf then left his label Bingo Records which was run by Edna, blaming her for the poor chart position. He signed to Trish Records.

Wolf Wolfe![edit | edit source]

After signing to Trish Records, label boss Trish decided to give Wolf a makeover and a wife and Wolf and new wife Taylor Taylor-Wolfe released I Wanna Know What Love Is on March 14, 2010. The release coincided with teh release of Wolf Wolfe!, a compilation of Wolf's singles and some new tracks, which would replace Wolf Wolfe and the Women Who Loved Him. Trish saw this move as vital for Wolf to appeal to younger audiences. Wolf made the switch to a more commercial sound with the track Hiya! featuring hot new act Ashley!. After underperfoming at number 13, Wolf decided to part ways with Trish and move on to a new era
