She won Elite's "Look of the Year" at the age of 17. Schneider soon became interested in singing after she was told she could sing, she took lessons to improve. After sending a demo-tape to Tigerstar Records, the management gave her a deal admitting she had potential. She later got appointed as co-owner of Tigerstar Records, and then hired Loretta Lambert as perfect third co-owner of the label along with the3stars.

Hélène is trilingual. Her mother is french (Linda) and her father is german (Jürgen). As a little girl she spoke fluently french and german. She has 2 siblings : katrin (27) and Bernhard (24). She learned english when she went to London when she was younger.

Almost at the age of 16, Hélène changed her career direction and went to Paris to become a Model. Her modelling career lasted nearly 10 years. While she was a catwalk top-model for ready-to-wear fashion shows, she had a lot of big deals for different advertisments. She posed and was the face of : Alberto Biani, Anteprima, Armand Basi, Ava Tricot, Bergdorf Goodman, Bruno Manetti, Burberry, Chanel, Chanel 'Allure' fragrance, Christian Dior, D&G perfume, Daniel Swarovski, Dim bras, Dooney & Bourke, Emanuel Ungaro, Emporio Armani, Express, Fashion Targets Breast Cancer, Folli Follie, French Connection, Giorgio Armani 'Acqua di Giò' fragrance, Harstadt, iBlues, Jil Sander, Kenneth Cole, La Perla, Les Copains, L'Oréal, Louis Vuitton, Mango, Paule Ka, Romeo Gigli, Saks Fifth Avenue, Salvatore Ferragamo, Tocca, Vestebene, Yves Saint Laurent

She has a bad connection to her father (and to her siblings in the past as well) since he (they) used to be emotionally abusive with her in the past, she wrote and dedicated a song to her family (her third single) Couldn't Get Y'all Out Of My Head. She's dating the actor Jake Summers since autumn 2004. She owns an appartment in New York and Paris, as a villa in Spain which she shares with her longtime boyfriend. After christmas and a break from promotion, she decided to buy her own home in Santa Monica where she spends most of her time and sold her old appartment she owned in Los Angeles. Nevertheless, she still spends time with her family and old friends from Germany, whenever she gets free time or promotes in germany.
