After the split of Voguegirl in 2004, Shell went on to carve a successful solo career; releasing three studio albums and a Greatest Hits collection. She is known as an icon of the generation and one of the most innovative female artists in history.

Rio Plath[edit | edit source]

Plath's attempts at a solo career were less successful. In 2005, she lent her vocals to the moderate club hit 'Do the Work' by English rapper and Grime artist Bashy. Plath became a member of girl group Electronasty. Despite a promising start, their debut single "Acid Music" was cancelled and the group disbanded a few months after forming. Plath featured on a remix of the song "Rolex Sweep" by Skepta in 2008.
