"You'll Get What You Deserve" is a promo single by British recording artist Bette.
Background[edit | edit source]
After the success of her debut single, "Pathetic", Bette prepared for the release of her self-titled debut album, and chose a more dance-oriented direction for the album, exemplified by "You'll Get What You Deserve". A scathing track again directed at her father, Alex Washington, Bette worked with dance producer Christian Stone on the track. The single was prepared for a late May release, but was cancelled in favour of the Charlotte Moore-produced track, "Big Girl".
